[Coin World] According to reports, former Montenegrin Minister of Justice Andrej Milovic proposed the issuance of government bonds to raise 500 million euros to purchase Bitcoin and Ethereum, and to establish a strategic national digital currency reserve. He believes that the reserve size will appreciate to 3-5 billion dollars in the next five years, which can support the development of Montenegro's transportation, energy, and digital sectors.
